I just love the colour combination of the Turquoise and the Orange...the paper is from Mt Minds Eye and is from the Bloom & Grow range. The stamp is the C C Swiss Pixie - Heidi who I absolutely adore. I have stickled her wings and I have used my Prisma Pencils to colour her....although I am getting a hankering for some Pro-Markers which I just can't ignore !!

I have used the Lime Rickey range of papers from Basic Grey and also Bethany Angel from High Hopes Stamps..I love the combination of colours with her slightly hippy look.  I have also used for the first time my Edge Distresser from Heidi Swapp, I have had it for years and NEVER used it, I will from now on.

I just love the colour combination of the Lime and Orange. I have used Doodlebug Papers and the fabulous Manga stamp from Funky Kits.  I have coloured it in using my Prisma Colour pencils and was very unsure as to how to colour them as they are not your cutesy kind of stamps. I love the sketch and will be keeping it for future use..Here is a close up of her

I have used the new Manga stamp from Funky Kits which I adore. I have coloured her using my Prisma Color Pencils. The papers are Flip Flop from the paper loft.  I have used loads of pearls, prima flowers, ribbon and my Martha Stewart punch ( Lace Doily). The Message was done on the computer...here is a close up..

Playful Petals and Gorguss Girl

Here is a card I put together following a sketch from one of the challenge sites..unfortunately I got sidetracked and not only did I not get it uploaded in time, but I forgot which site it came from....DOH

I love the paper range which is Playful Petals from Daisy Bucket Designs, I used ribbon and heart headed pins from stash, pearls from Basic Grey,  and three swarovski bi-cones on the end of each pin which really finishes them off and add's that all important sparkle.

I have used one of the Gorguss Girls Stamps from www.funkykits.co.uk and I have coloured the image with my wonderful Prisma Color Pencils...thanks for stopping by x

Daisy Bucket - Posh Posies

Well here is a card I made for ...well no particular reason at all other than I found the colours a real challenge...in fact I would go as far as saying that I have been making this card for months..never quite getting it how I liked..still not sure but it's much better than it started out...

I have used Daisy Buckets Posh Posies along with plain purple card and some felt ric rak. The pearls are Basic Grey and the image is from Whiff of Joy.  Thanks for looking.

I have used the papers and die cuts form th K & Co Scrap Pad to Go - Sweet Pea, Baby Girl which I love, Ihave taken out the centre of the welcome little one frame and raised it .  The brads are sugar  coated ones from Doodlebug and the ribbon is from my stash. Thanks for looking.

Sketch Saturday #58 - Get Well Soon

I have used the new Basic Grey Lemondade 6 x 6 papers and a few prima flowers, the pearls are also Basic Grey. I have used the Gorguss Girl stamp and Puss from Funky Kits and the "Ric-Rac" is from stash... I hope Mary get's well soon x

 

 

Fantastic News....

Well after years of trying and many sorrows along the way, my sister Penny and her husband Tim are now pregnant through IVF..she is only 6 weeks but I made them a card to celebrate....



I have used soem freebie papers from a mag and a loads of blooms,flat back pearl hearts from the Range and a few crystals...nice and simple x

Well I bet you all thought I had vanished off the face of the earth...no still here I am afraid, I just seemed to lose my mojo a little. I still haven't found it completely but I am getting the first thrills of making cards again when I try something new...

Here is a very simple card I made for our very good friend Carol for her birthday last week..



I have used my favourite Crate Paper in the Katlin range, the image is Tilda from the spring collection and I have used my new Martha Stewart Lace Doiley Punch which I LOVE...apparently they are very hard to come by so I class myself as very lucky to have a friend in the US who sent me it ( Thanks Barrie - Love you x)
